wHAT TO WEAR

  • Wear clothing that allows you to move freely and that you feel comfortable in. In colder weather its a good idea to wear layers so you can add and remove layers as necessary.

  • Yoga is practised barefoot (but bring socks to keep your feet warm during relaxation).

wHAT TO BRING

  • A yoga mat (although I do have a few spare mats for that day when you forget or if you’re new to class and don’t have one yet).

  • A blanket. Blankets are a really useful prop to have in yoga as they can be used for support, padding and warmth. Ideally, the blanket should be made of cotton or wool (not synthetic fibres which are slippery).

  • Any other props that you like to use (I have a large supply of bricks, blocks and belts so don’t worry if you don’t have your own).

  • Water.

what to do

  • Arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time of the class.

  • If you need to cancel your booking, please do so as soon as you can to make the space available for others (view my cancellation policy here).

  • Be respectful of your own body and of your fellow students.
