I fully respect your privacy. In creating a Momence account you will provide certain data (e.g. your name, phone number, email address, bank card details). These data will be disclosed only to my service providers, Momence and Stripe. Momence supplies my booking management platform, on demand class library functionality and booking app, while Stripe facilitates all payments made via my website or app. Both Momence and Stripe are also subject to certain obligations with regard to the security of your personal data processed via the app or when making a payment.

However, your rights, as set out in this privacy statement in relation to your data processed through the Momence or Stripe platforms are owed to you by me, and you should contact me if you have any queries in relation to the use of your personal data through Momence or Stripe.

By signing up to Momence, you are agreeing for me to contact you occasionally via text or email with information about a class (for example if I need to cancel a class due to illness or require you to bring certain props with you to class).
